Our rates range from $30–$50 per hour depending on the project.

We offer two different options for our clients:

Pay-As-You-Go Plan:

No project is too large or too small. We have a team of professionals who can handle just about anything. Do you have meeting minutes that need to be transcribed but they’re getting colder by the day? Maybe you have a spreadsheet to be created, an article to be edited, or a logo to be designed. We can help. Heck, we can even create a website for you!

Is there a nagging project that you’ve been staring at for weeks, but you just haven’t had the time to tackle it? Would you like to call in reinforcements during your peak times of “busy-ness”? If any of these scenarios sound familiar, you need our Pay-As-You-Go Plan!

Here’s how it works: you simply forward detailed instructions to Mann Made Time, and the project will be completed and returned to you promptly, all without any effort on your part! Our Pay-As-You-Go rates vary from $30–$50 per hour. Contact us for details.

Retainer Packages:

Have you come to the point in your business when you finally realize you can’t do it all? If not, that time will come! For those clients who need regular, ongoing administrative support, we offer retainer packages that include a block of “Mann Made Time” each month. As a retainer client, your projects will always take priority, and you’ll even receive a discount for purchasing our time in bulk. We offer flexible retainer packages starting at 10 hours per month. Prices vary depending on the nature of the work, but packages start at $280.

Are you wondering what you can do with a 10-hour monthly retainer package? We’ll tell you what WE can accomplish in those 10 hours—you can do whatever the heck you want with those 10 hours of free time!!!

• Email Management: This service is dependent on the volume of email (and spam!) you receive, but daily maintenance can take as little as 30 minutes per day or 10 hours per month. Let us help you regain control of your inbox!
  
• Marketing Assistance: Think of all the exciting marketing techniques that you’re missing out on: drip marketing, blogging, newsletter creation, and the list goes on. If you need help ramping up your marketing efforts, a 10-hour package will cover it.
  
• Contact Management: Are you having trouble keeping up with all your contacts? We can maintain your contact database as well as create and assist in the implementation of your sales action plans.
  
• Lead Management: With a 10-hour package, we can monitor your incoming leads and enter them into a lead management software program. Never let another lead fall through the cracks!
  
• Listing Management: The time required for this real estate specialty service is dependent on the volume of listings. On average, a 10-hour package can be used to upload photos to MLS, create feature sheets, build listings on your website and ensure that your site is updated. Leave all the details to us!
