		<description>Thanks Sally. I was kind of thinking after I posted this that it was not a very smart move, to admit to people (and potential clients) that I make mistakes from time to time, but I do. I am only a Mann (ha ha). But show me a person that has never made a mistake. 

If I have readers that don't know I'm a girl, they're going to think that I'm a cross dresser from my logo and all the 'Mann' references. But I'm okay with that. :)</description>

		<description>This came at a great time for me. It's so much better to just admit your mistake. We are all human and humans make mistakes. Although, it's hard making mistakes when you are a perfectionist. Taking ownership and being honest is so much more refreshing than covering things up and making excuses. I'd much rather work with a VA that takes ownership than one that acts like a 4 year old who just broke something. hee hee

I used to love to play with my Nanny's salt and pepper shakers too! She had a whole collection.</description>
