I get at least a hundred or so emails each day. We set up all of my email to be filtered through gmail. Victoria monitors that for me. She also set up a top secret gmail account where she forwards anything that looks important. She sends me a Skype message when anything urgent comes through, and I just try to keep that account on in the background for easy checking a couple times a day. She will enter action items in my 'ToodleDo' list, and to my online collaboration site so I don't miss anything. It works beautifully! Hey Candy

I have tons of emails addresses, use Thunderbird and get so many emails I can just sit here and watch them stream in some days with my mouth hanging open. Luckily, a lot of my subs have direct contact with the clients now, so it has tapered off, but still... it amazes me - just the sheer volume. I want to run away and hide. *laugh* For me, if I'm watching TV, I'll sit at my laptop and deal with a few of them, but I've just been saying "enough is enough" at a certain point and leaving it.
