I can almost see myself when I have a client on the fence saying, "Oh and it's a business expense" and it possibly making the difference. I remember about 7 years ago I was working with one client and it was December 1st (around Christmas), and she asked if she could pay for four months now. That was before I was really offering much retainer services, and I had three kids with Christmas in 3 weeks, I was like 'are you kidding?" Absolutely! She apparently found out she made too much that year and desperately needed a write-off. Of course, I'd help her. We did had an awesome Christmas that year! Thanks for the reminder!
