		<description>I also see Theresa @ Picasso's and when she did my hair last August it was the first time in a decade that I have ever left a hair dresser feeling great!  I was in again yesterday just for a trim and damn, I look good!  

As always Jamie, you offer excellent advice.  Unresolved problems don't go away and it is possible to turn an unhappy customer into a loyal client if you really find the root of the trouble and do your absolute best to fix it.
